Terms & Cancellation Policy

This is a starting template, not legal advice — replace the placeholders below with your actual policy and have a lawyer review it before you rely on it for real bookings and payments.

1. Bookings

A trip or masterclass seat is confirmed only once the booking deposit has been received. Enquiries made via WhatsApp, email or the website's budget calculator are not confirmed bookings until a deposit is paid.

2. Payment

3. Cancellations & Refunds

[Edit, e.g.] Cancellations 30+ days before departure: full refund minus the deposit.
[Edit, e.g.] Cancellations 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost refunded.
[Edit, e.g.] Cancellations within 14 days of departure: non-refundable.
Trips cancelled by Puneet Verma Films (e.g. insufficient group size, weather, government restrictions) are fully refunded or credited toward a future trip, at the traveller's choice.

4. What's Included / Not Included

Each package's inclusions (accommodation, local transport, permits, mentorship sessions) are listed on the packages page and confirmed in writing with your quote. Flights/trains to the meeting point, personal travel insurance, alcohol, and personal expenses are not included unless stated otherwise.

5. Assumption of Risk

Himalayan travel involves inherent risks — altitude, weather, terrain and remote locations. Travellers participate at their own risk and are strongly advised to carry personal travel and medical insurance covering high-altitude trekking.

6. Masterclass Enrollment
